Reservations

– Reservations for the services of the Elpira Children's Psychological Centre can be made in three ways:

– By email: The client sends a request for a specific date and service.

– By phone: The client can call the listed phone number and arrange a date.

– Online booking system: The client uses our online system for easy and quick booking.

Payment

– The advance invoice before the initial assessment must be paid at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise the initial assessment will be automatically cancelled. 

– In the event of the purchase of a package of therapy sessions and subsequent early termination of therapy by the client, the client is not entitled to a refund 

of funds for the unused part of the package.

Cancellation Policy

– The client has the right to cancel the booking at least 48 hours before the agreed time.

– If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

– Cancellation can be made via email, telephone, or through the online booking system.

– This cancellation fee applies to all types of therapies, including:

– Individual therapies

– Group therapies

– Out-of-clinic therapies

Refusal of Service

– The Centre reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if it determines that it is not in the client's best interest.

Privacy Policy

– All personal data of clients will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Validity of Terms

– These terms and conditions are valid and effective from the date of their publication on the website of the Elpira Children's Psychological Centre.
