Welcome to Elpira – a network of private psychological and diagnostic centres. Our mission is to provide highly specialised, comprehensive, and discreet mental health care. As a private facility, we place absolute emphasis on an individual approach, maximum safety for our clients, minimal waiting times, and the top-tier expertise of our entire team.

We began writing Elpira's history in Prague, where we built a strong foundation focused on child psychology, diagnostics, and speech therapy. We are now delighted to expand our presence to Moravia – you can now also find us in Ostrava and Olomouc. Together with our geographical growth comes a significant expansion of our services: alongside our traditional specialisation in children and adolescents (from 2 to 18 years old), we are newly opening full-fledged therapies for adults at our Moravian branches. We are thus ready to offer a helping hand to your entire family.
