About the branch
Elpira is a private and highly specialised psychological and diagnostic centre. Following the successful establishment of our branches in Prague, we are now also opening our doors in Ostrava. With this step, we are simultaneously expanding our services – alongside comprehensive care for children and adolescents from 2 to 18 years of age, we now also offer therapy for adults. Our primary goal is to provide professional support to individuals and entire families in a trustworthy and safe environment.
Our team consists of qualified psychologists and psychotherapists with rich experience in working with various age categories and the specific needs of clients. We focus on a wide spectrum of psychological topics and provide both individual and group therapeutic interventions.

Owner of the centre
Markéta Trojková, MSc, MA
I am the owner of a psychological centre which I founded with a clear goal – to provide a safe environment and professional help to people in today's fast-paced world. Our foundations are built on highly specialised care for children and their parents, but with the opening of our new branch in Ostrava, we are proud to expand our services to include psychotherapy for adults as well. I believe that high-quality psychological support, an individual approach and space for mutual understanding can significantly contribute to the mental well-being and healthy development of the whole family. In our centre, we therefore strive to ensure that every client – whether a young child, an adolescent or an adult going through a challenging period in life – finds firm support, respect and practical tools to overcome everyday and crisis challenges.
